EMERGENCY POLICE DISPATCH DASHBOARD

Welcome to the International Academies of Emergency Dispatch (IAED) Data Center analytics dashboard. All the analytics on this dashboard are based on aggregated and deidentified data. These analytics are provided to enable agencies to benchmark with their own agency-specific analytics. The IAED is committed to the responsible handling and protection of data, guided by its Data Center Protection Policy. The data center is fed by an application developed by Priority Dispatch Corp, Inc., Salt Lake City, UT, that provides a simple method to warehouse data to IAED. The application saves time and resources by automating extraction and transfer of ProQA files to the IAED data warehouse. Below are links to specific dashboards by protocol discipline.
